Raise investment with a staged, proportionate process
Raising investment works best in the right order: find the right investor audience first, then prepare to pitch that audience with confidence. InvestorMap gives founders, business owners and management teams a staged route to do exactly that — so effort and cost stay proportionate to how the raise is actually progressing.

Why sequence matters when you raise investment
Many businesses spend in the wrong order — paying for a polished pitch deck or a database subscription before a single suitable investor has been approached. That front-loads cost against an audience you haven't identified yet. InvestorMap inverts it: we identify and approach the right investors first, test for genuine interest, and only then invest in preparing the pitch. You always know what you are preparing for, and for whom.
The staged process
Stage 1 — Free initial assessment
We consider whether your business has a credible investable proposition and whether InvestorMap is likely to be the right route. No cost.
Stage 2 — Business Review & Teaser Pitch — £995
The first paid stage. We review the business and create a concise teaser pitch, then match your funding requirement against our UK and international investor database. We build a targeted shortlist, approach suitable investors on your behalf, present the opportunity, manage the initial contact process and test for genuine investor interest. This is a serious, investor-facing piece of work — the foundation of the raise, not a one-off appetite test.
Stage 3 — Pitch Deck Review & One-to-One Pitch Coaching — £3,495
Where genuine investor interest is shown, we move into pitch preparation. We review your existing deck, refine how the opportunity is presented, and coach you one-to-one to deliver the pitch clearly and confidently — with and without the deck — including likely-question preparation and up to two recorded dry-run sessions with feedback. Additional coaching can be added if required.
Success fee
A success fee of 5% of the investment value applies only if investment is successfully secured.
What you're really paying for
The value of InvestorMap is the combination of investor research, targeted shortlisting, a managed investor approach, initial-contact management and pitch-readiness coaching — not a single document. We remove the burden of finding and approaching relevant investors, using an investor contact base we have spent years building across the UK and internationally, and matched against each investor's real criteria rather than a name on a list.
Understand your options
Different businesses raise in different ways and at different points in their journey. To understand the routes and where you sit:
- Funding Types — equity investment, growth capital, angel investment, venture capital, convertible notes, venture debt and more.
- Investment Stages — from pre-seed and seed funding through Series A and growth capital.
- SEIS / EIS — reaching tax-efficient investors if your business is eligible.
Keeping cost proportionate to progress
Raising investment can become expensive when money is spent in the wrong order. A staged, proportionate process keeps each cost tied to real progress. The free initial assessment costs nothing and simply establishes whether there is a credible investable proposition. The £995 stage is where the substantive investor-facing work happens — business review, teaser pitch, matching, shortlisting, a managed approach and initial-contact management. Only where genuine investor interest is shown does the £3,495 pitch-preparation stage follow, because that is the point at which coaching has a real audience to prepare for. Founders, business owners and management teams therefore commit to each stage knowing what the previous one has established, rather than paying for a full package up front.

Frequently asked questions
How do I raise investment through InvestorMap?
Through a staged process: a free initial assessment, then a £995 Business Review & Teaser Pitch stage covering investor matching, shortlisting and a managed approach, then pitch deck review and one-to-one coaching (£3,495) where genuine interest is shown.
How much does it cost to raise investment with you?
The initial assessment is free. The first paid stage is £995. Stage 3 pitch preparation is £3,495 and only follows where genuine investor interest has been shown. A 5% success fee applies only if investment is secured.
Do you guarantee I'll raise the money?
No. We identify and approach suitable investors and test for genuine interest. We cannot guarantee funding or investor interest.
Is the £995 stage just a test of investor appetite?
No. It is the first paid stage of a staged engagement — a full investor-facing piece of work covering business review, teaser pitch, investor matching, shortlisting, outreach and initial-contact management. Where genuine interest is shown, the engagement continues to pitch preparation.
