InvestorMap pricing

InvestorMap uses a staged fee structure built around investability, investor matching and pitch readiness. Each stage has a clear purpose and a clear cost, and you only move to the next stage where it makes sense to continue. You are never paying for a full package up front.

Why the pricing is staged

Raising investment gets expensive when money is spent in the wrong order. A staged, proportionate structure keeps each cost tied to real progress: we establish whether there's a credible, investable proposition before any fee, do the substantive investor-facing work at the first paid stage, and only move into pitch preparation once there is a genuine investor audience to prepare for. The £995 stage is a serious investor-facing piece of work, not a standalone appetite test and the £3,495 stage only follows where genuine investor interest is shown.

What each fee covers

Free initial assessment — no cost

We consider whether your business has a credible investable proposition and whether InvestorMap is likely to be the right route for you. There is no cost to find out whether we're a fit.

Business Review & Teaser Pitch — £995

The first paid stage, and the foundation of the raise. It covers the business review, concise teaser pitch creation, matching your funding requirement against our UK and international investor database, building a targeted shortlist, approaching suitable investors on your behalf, presenting the opportunity, managing the initial contact process and testing for genuine investor interest. The value is the combination of that work; investor research, shortlisting, a managed approach and initial-contact management, not simply the teaser document. See Find Investors and Raise Investment for how this stage works.

Pitch Deck Review & One-to-One Coaching — £3,495

This stage begins only where genuine investor interest has been shown; the point at which there's a real audience to prepare for. It covers pitch deck review, one-to-one coaching, practising with and without the deck, likely investor-question preparation, and up to two recorded dry-run sessions with feedback and refinement. Additional pitch coaching can be added if required. See Pitch Deck Review & Coaching for the detail.

Success fee — 5% of the investment value

Payable only if investment is successfully secured. There is no success fee if no investment is raised.

Pricing FAQs

Is the initial assessment really free?

Yes. The initial assessment is free and carries no cost. If there's a fit, the first paid stage is the £995 Business Review & Teaser Pitch.

What do I get for the £995?

Business review, teaser pitch creation, investor matching against our UK and international database, a targeted shortlist, a managed approach to suitable investors, presentation of the opportunity, initial-contact management and testing for genuine investor interest. It is the first paid stage of a staged engagement, not a one-off appetite test.

Do I have to pay the £3,495 if there's no investor interest?

No. The Pitch Deck Review & Coaching stage only follows where genuine investor interest has been shown. If there is no genuine interest, the process does not move into that stage.

When is the 5% success fee payable?

Only if investment is successfully secured. It is 5% of the investment value, and there is no success fee if no investment is raised.

Are there any other costs?

Our stage fees cover Futuremap's work. Additional pitch coaching is optional, and any third-party costs (such as legal fees or SEIS/EIS applications) are separate.
